A party will be held on Sunday July 11, 2010 at Gary & Sharon Spencer's house. They are providing fajitas and ask everyone to bring a dish to share. Bring swimsuits, sunscreen, towels etc.

    What a fun fun fun dance we had last night.  Thank you to everyone that worked to make a terrific  dance possible.  It was so great to see all the dancers that we do not see very often.  It was amazing the amount of can goods that were given for the Methodist Church to give out to needy families.  Our new dancers did awesome at the dance and they were having a terrific time.  Thank you Gary for calling a terrific dance for us it doesn’t get much better than that dance.  We have the BEST club members that give us a wonderful club.

We had our first beginner class of the fall this Tuesday and they were an awesome group!! Wow. so much energy and so much fun!! You should've been there! It will be another amazing group for sure!

Flyer here. We will have food, line dancing, laughs and , of course, square dancing to none other than Al McCoy. Roxie has promised to lead a couple of lines too!


The fun will begin at 7 pm. We are asking for a donation of $3.50 per guest.



Come help us say a fond farewell to Kingsland and begin an exciting new future in Marble Falls!

Okay folks. It's going to get a little crazy this summer with the impending move. So, here is the schedule. Ya' just might want to print it out and post it on your bulletin board for reference.

Present Schedule:

Mondays 7:00 - 9:00PM- Dance in Kingsland, Gary Bible Calling

Thursdays 7:30 - 9:00PM - Lessons in Marble Falls FUMC, Jimmy Ellis Teaching  

The following may be a bit different so pls print this and notice location  

June 18 Students graduate in Marble Falls FUMC Gymnasium, 7:30PM Jimmy Ellis calling.  All Country Cuzzins are urged to be there to support our new members  

June 25 Students & others dance to CDs at FUMC Main bldg 7:30PM  Gary Shipley, DJ  (no charge)  

July 2 Students & others dance to Jimmy Ellis $7 per couple 7:30PM   (all proceeds to Jimmy)  FUMC Main Bldg  

July 6 Cuzzins & guests dance in Kingsland, Gary Bible Calling 7:00PM  

July 9 Students & others dance to Jimmy Ellis $7/couple 7:30PM         (all proceeds to Jimmy)  FUMC Gymnasium

]]><![CDATA[Voting Results Are In]]>Tue, 09 Jun 2009 09:08:14 -0800http://www.countrycuzzins.com/1/post/2009/06/voting-results-are-in.htmlThe Country Cuzzins had a general meeting on Monday, June 8, 2009. We elected new officers to take office July 1, 2009. They are as follows:
President-Gary & Sharon Spencer
Vice President-Marvin & Delores Junker
Secretary-Joe & Debbie Delosua
Treasurer-Les & Pat Fenter

We also voted on changing our regular dance location from Kingsland Community Center to the First United Methodist Church in Marble Falls. And we voted to change our regular dance night from Monday to Thursday. Both of these votes passed and we will begin dancing in Marble Falls on Thursday July 18, 2009. Until that time the class will continue dancing there on Thursday nights and the club will continue dancing at the Kingsland Community Center. So, for a few weeks we have the opportunity to dance twice a week!

Thanks to everyone who participated in the meeting and thanks to those new officers for agreeing to serve!
