About Wayne Weston

Wayne called his first tip in March, 1982, in Utah.   He moved to Denver in May and continued to call there.  In May of 1986, he moved to San Antonio and has called for many clubs and events in the area since.  He calls in all parts of Texas and has called inKansas and Alabama.  He has called at the Texas State Festival several times and at a National Square Dance Convention was the featured caller at the teen afterparty.  He and his lovely wife, Luzia, are members of the Southwest Area Camping Squares where he often calls and sometimes cues rounds.  He is a member of CALLERLAB and the Texas State Caller’s Association.  He loves teaching Square Dancing and making dancing fun for everyone who comes to his dances.
