This week Chuck and Laura will be hosting, and we sure do thank you!

Fun, fun, fun!! The Luau dance was a big success!  I heard so many compliments about our dance and club.  Debbi can report on the financial part of it as I do not have that info.  Wayne’s calling and choice of songs was spot on!!! Wow, thank you Wayne as you are the big reason people come to the dance!! 

I understand we had some difficulties with the CD’s for the demo dance on Friday Sept. 4th at the Bertram Community Center.  I have been told that has been fixed!! Thank you Gary and Sharon!! Will you be able to bring it this Thursday so we can practice? Just asking…!!?  Please try to come and dance a little.  It is a fun festival with BBQ and dance after the demo.  Come support your club and wear whatever makes you happy!!  We probably need to be there at 5:00 so we don’t panic and think there are not enough people for a square.  We should dance around 5:30. 

First Thursday Fun Dance is coming up Sept. 3rd.    The 3rd mainstream tip – Dance with someone you never or seldom have partnered with!!  Gentlemen’s choice!!  On the 1st plus tip – same thing except ladies choice!!  Let’s make it a football theme- wear your favorite team sport.  And bring FOOD. Yippee!!
